“Position deviation” is an important inspection for when connectors are produced. If the leads and pins are not in the normal position it leads to serious defects, such as the connectors not being able to connect.
With the VTV-9000 series, position deviation inspections can be performed if you simply set the reference point, the distance between the reference point and the first lead, and the ideal pitch.

Handles changes in number of pins

Multiple contacts are simple when the shared data function is used!
In the case of an object for inspection in which the connector shape is the same and only the number of leads differs, an inspection can be made possible just by obtaining shared data and changing the number of leads and some inspection frameworks. Further, because shared data is managed collectively, in the case where there has been a change in the parameters or model training, all these changes are reflected too.

Numerical correction function

No matter how precisely calibration is performed, and even if an optical system which is affected minimally by distortion and the like is prepared, detection values in image processing will not be exactly the same as the actual dimension values.
“Numerical correction” is a function that corrects detection values in image processing so that they are the same as the actual dimension values. However, this function cannot be implemented if the repeatability of image processing detection is not high. This function can be included in the VTV-9000 series because we have absolute confidence in its repeatability and a proven track record that backs up our confidence.
