The VTV-9000V is a low cost system that combines “VisionManager” and hardware into a single system. When combined with inspection tools, “VisionManager” can support various applications without any programming to satisfy the needs of customers.
DefFinder(R) is the name of ViSCO Technologies’ general purpose appearance inspection algorithm that includes statistical difference inspection. It is a highly versatile appearance inspection tool that supports various industrial products. It cancels variability of non-defective products, and variability in density when performing an inspection. By combining the tool with other tools such as the multi-coordinate tool, it is possible to perform an enhanced inspection.

The VTV-9000V offers an inspection tool for inspecting semiconductors that includes IC Lead Inspection, BGA Inspection, Package Inspection, Character Inspection, and 2D Code Read. This inspection tool is specifically designed for semiconductors, allowing you to quickly and easily add and change product types.
The VTV-9000V offers a powerful connector inspection tool that is a de facto standard in the connector industry. It allows you to perform various inspections and measurements including the following: lead count, lead pitch, lead skew, lead winding, lead tip regularity, lead length, full length, offset from datum line, lead position inspection, gap inspection, frame/housing position, crack, scratch, non-filling, void, foreign substance between leads, etc.
The tool is designed specifically for inspecting connectors and includes features such as splitting the screen to perform an inspection and supports common models of multi-pole connectors, reducing the work necessary for adding and changing product types.
The VTV-9000V includes powerful general purpose inspection tools such as Image Filter, Blob Analysis, Edge Detection, Circle Detection, Line Detection, and Color Extraction, in addition to application-specific inspection tools, and by combining multiple inspection tools, it is possible to perform inspections on all kinds of industrial products.
The VTV-9000V uses a commercial chassis and the latest motherboard.

Each inspection tool can be easily set by simply registering them in order from left to right.
High performance is achieved through the use of an Intel CPU. Images from 2 cameras can be simultaneously acquired using a single trigger.
Depending on the required accuracy, the VTV-9000V can support digital cameras with a resolution from 300K to 5 megapixels.
In addition, it is possible to combine cameras with different resolutions.
The VTV-9000V can be expanded by adding optional hardware and software such as USB-based lighting control, VDA (ViSCO Data Analyzer), etc.
