VTV-8000 No Programming Vision Processing Device

The VTV-8000 combines KV software and hardware into a single system.
When combined with an inspection unit, the KV software can support various applications without any programming to satisfy the needs of customers.

High-precision alignment using PatMax(R)

The VTV-8000 uses Cognex Corporation’s PatMax as a search engine to support rotation, changes in scale, changes in lighting, and masking.

The VTV-8000 uses Cognex Corporation’s inspection algorithm, PatInspect(R), which is based on PatMax(R) to support rotation, changes in scale, changes in lighting, and masking to detect various defects of a target object.

FA-PC chassis and Japan-made motherboard

VTV-8000 No Programming Vision Processing Device

The VTV-8000 platform uses a commercial FA-PC chassis and a Japan-made motherboard, ensuring long product procurement, and low repair cost.
In addition, it has a removable hard disk, allowing you to easily repair the unit.

Intuitive graphical interface

When combined with an inspection unit, the VTV-8000 can support various applications without any programming to satisfy the needs of customers.
In addition, the VTV-8000 provides 3 types of user interface modes (operator mode, engineer mode, and SE mode), which can be selected based on the user’s level, and offers high usability for each user level.

High-speed processing

High performance is achieved through the use of an Intel CPU. Images from 4 cameras can be simultaneously acquired using a single trigger.

Support for a wide variety of cameras

Depending on the required accuracy, the VTV-8000 can support cameras with a resolution from 300K to 2 megapixels.
In addition, it is possible to combine cameras with different resolutions.

Full technical support

Our experienced application engineers will provide full support from selecting optical options (camera, lens, lighting, etc.) to building applications.
